Prosciutto made from Australian Pork deliciously mixed with our creamy Victorian Ricotta and hints of cheddar and spinach.

The filling is wrapped inside a delicate Ravioli with touches of basil.

Durum wheat semolina, ricotta cheese (19%) (whey (milk), milk, salt, food acid (acetic acid)), water, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, sugar, salt, wheat gluten), cheddar cheese (5%) (milk, salt, cultures, enzymes), spinach (3%), prosciutto (3%), vegetable oil, salt, egg, basil (1.5%), butter (milk), garlic, black pepper, food acid (citric acid).

Preparation & Storage tip

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and pour in your 25° South pasta.

2. Reduce to a simmer, and cook for a further 3 minutes. Stirring occasionally and season to taste.

3. Drain the pasta and serve with your preferred sauces, oil, or garnishes.

4. Enjoy your delicious 25° South pasta.
